Staffing issues are forcing BC Transit to make some short-term reductions to their service schedule in Kitimat.
Those reductions will see minor changes to the schedules of routes 1A and 1B for Whitesail, route 2 for Nechako, and route 3 for Kildala.
Changes will go in to effect on August 14th, and will only be impacting service on Fridays and Sundays.
While they are unsure when the reductions will be lifted, BC Transit is working with PW Transit to rectify the problem as soon as possible and return to a normal schedule.
