Earlier last week, Prince George RCMP were able to arrest a violent offender twice thanks to a coordinated, multi-unit project.
Back on September 2nd, Police started an investigation into a possible breach of conditions by a known offender.
Police were able to confirm the breach and arrested the offender, Jason Rochard Zoet, but he was given a release order and set free.
A few days later on September 6th, Zoet was arrested again for violating the conditions of his court order and after the B.C. Prosecution Service approved the following charges against Zoet, such as Indecent Act, Failure to comply with probation and Failure to comply with release order, he will now be held in custody until his next court date.
