Join us on Saturday, June 21 from 4:30 to 9 p.m. in Ambleside Park, West Vancouver, for a heartfelt celebration of National Indigenous Peoples Day. This free, family-friendly event takes place on the traditional and unceded territories of the Squamish, Tsleil-Waututh, and Musqueam Nations, and is open to all.
The evening will feature cultural sharing through art, storytelling, music, and dance. Witness canoe families gather by the ocean, and experience powerful live performances from Squamish Nation artists, ending with a special show by Bitterly Divine.
Community members will also be treated to a salmon dinner cooked over an open fire by Wilfred Baker.
Join us in honouring the languages, traditions, and enduring spirit of Indigenous peoples in a space of connection, celebration, and respect.
Proudly supported by CJNY – 106.3FM The Journey.
