Richard “Rocky” Jackson has been selected as the new Dekama Quock Family Representative on the Tahltan Central Government’s Board of Directors.
Jackson took 71 of 110 total votes cast in last week’s by-election, with the remainder going to runner-up Arlene Corcoran.
He’ll join the TCG’s nine other Family Representatives on the Board, taking over for Natasha Callbreath, who did not run for re-election.
Other Board members include: William Brown, Lily Belhumeur, David Rattray, Annita McPhee, Curtis Rattray, Kimberley Marion, Mindy Henyu, Colleen Parker, and Clarence Quock Sr.
