The Dawson Creek RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 17-year-old, David Todd Laboucan Harvey. He was reported missing after missing a 10:00 p.m. curfew on Friday, October 10th, 2025. The young man was last seen earlier that day, shortly before 5:30 p.m., and has not been found despite police efforts.
David is described as an Indigenous male, standing 5’ 10” tall and weighing approximately 104 pounds. He has short brown hair and grey eyes. At the time of his disappearance, David was wearing a black hoodie and black jeans. Authorities are concerned for his well-being and are asking anyone who may have seen him or has information about his whereabouts to come forward.
