NISGA’A TS’AMIKS VANCOUVER SOCIETY

The Nisga’a Tsamiks Vancouver Society invites you to celebrate Hoobiyee Ts’amiks Edition.

Hoobiyee is a celebration of the waxing crescent moon during the latter part of Winter.

Listen to CJNY for live broadcasts, March 1 st and 2nd live from the PNE Forum in Vancouver.

Hoobiyee is proudly hosted by the Nisga’a Tsamiks Vancouver Society and will feature 15 dance groups,
500 First Nations Dancers and drummers and 60 Indigenous vendors sharing their authentic cultural wares.

Plus everybody’s favourite… Bannock and fried bread!

Great Indigenous food truck on site! There is much to see and enjoy over the two days, hope to see you there!

The Nisga’a Tsamiks Society acknowledges that we live and work on the unceded traditional territories of the Coast Salish people… Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh First Nations.

Thank you to our broadcast sponsors, Canada’s First Nation Radio
